2. This application has been filed against the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-I, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in Cri. Appeal No. 73 of 2019 by which the learned Sessions Judge has affirmed the order of the SDJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in G.R. No. 473 of 2008 arising out of Gopalpur (Rangra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2008.

3. As agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application has been heard on the quantum of sentence.

4. In the facts of the case, the sentence with regard to the fine is modified and the fine imposed upon the petitioner is hereby deleted.
