2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty to give a representation to the authority concerned for considering the case of the petitioner on compassionate ground. Learned counsel has stated that the husband of the petitioner has expired on 24.08.2017 and the petitioner has applied for being appointed as PDS dealer on a compassionate ground. Learned counsel has stated that the authoritiy concerned on the ground that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1246 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2024 2/2 petitioner did not have the requisite qualification have rejected the application made by the petitioner. Learned counsel has further stated that the petitioner has subsequently acquired the necessary qualification and seeks permission of this Court to make a representation to the authority concerned for considering her case afresh.
3. Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority by way of representation ventilating her grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the authority concerned shall consider the same on its own merits.
4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
