This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barh P.S. Case No. 487 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
