Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the informant stated that after the occurrence he came to know that petitioner and some others were also involved in the alleged crime and the above stated fact was supported by some witnesses. Thereafter, petitioner was arrested and his confessional statement was recorded. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, except Rosera P.S. Case No. 182 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
