Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.6, namely, City Superintendent of Police, Central, Patna, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.639 of 2016 (2) dt.26-08-2016 2/2 accordance with law so as to ensure proper, fair and effective investigation, in Shashtrinagar P.S. Case No.347 of 2014, G.R. No.3542 of 2014, in such a way that no innocent person is harassed. The investigation shall be completed expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months from today. With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
