The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a police officer apprehended one Abhimanyu Kumar Chourasia from whose possession a laptop was recovered. One driving licence was also recovered from his possession on which the photograph of the petitioner was affixed. It is alleged that petitioner is engaged in preparation of fake driving licence and other documents.

It is submitted that no fake document was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2012.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34631 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 136/2012.
