ANSARI ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioner, namely, Harendra Bhagat, in connection with Deoriya Police Station Case No.12 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 27 Arms Act and also Sections 10, 13, 16(B), 18 and 19 and 20 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Pancham Lal Jaiswal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Lalan Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35664 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
