The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. On being apprehended, two pistols were recovered from possession of the petitioner without any cartridge. Similarly situated co-accused Aghori Yadav has been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 29417 of 2015. The petitioner is in jail since 26.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rameshwar Mishra, Judicial
