The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was committing theft of the motorcycle of the informant but he was apprehended on chase. Master-key was also recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail for more 4 1⁄2 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36495 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 P2/2 No. 266 of 2015, subject to the condition that if the petitioner is found committing any such offence in future, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled.
