JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-11-2016 The grievance raised by the petitioner of not having been given admission in the Staff Grade-A Nursing Course by the respondent authorities for extraneous reasons is not borne out even from the records of the second writ application of the petitioner. He has tried his level best to gather inputs and information but nothing tangible has emerged from which the Court can derive a conclusion that the denial of admission to the petitioner was for other reason.
2. Court has been informed that there were 168 seats for general category candidates. The last of the candidate, who was given admission in the course, was at serial no.238. Serial position of the petitioner admittedly is 299.

3. In addition to that the admission related to the year 2013 that by itself is a reason for now resting the dispute as no admission can be ordered into a batch, which has already completed its course. The entire writ application, therefore, is futile.
4. Writ is dismissed.
