The petitioners are in custody in connection with Town (Bendelkhand) P.S. Case No. 379 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 81 liters of country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are driver, conductor and Khalasi of the bus and they

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioners are in custody in this case since 04.04.2019. Considering the facts that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.D.J. 2nd cum- Special Judge Nawada in connection with Town (Budelkhand) P.S.
