The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 414 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of injuries which have been mentioned in the supplementary affidavit, I am inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45098 of 2021(4) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 bail to the petitioners, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
