JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard Sri Kamal Kishore Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 24. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 13618 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to part non-compliance of order dated 15-03-2016. By order dated 15-03-2016, peremptory order was passed for issuance of notice to respondent no. 9 to 12 through ordinary post as well as registered cover. However, requisites were filed only in respect of respondent no. 11 and 12. The reason for part non-compliance of order has categorically been explained in the petition. Accordingly, the restoration petition is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 13618 of 2011 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that order dated 15-03-2016 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.2809 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 13618 of 2011 must be complied with in its letter and spirit within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C.
