Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed before Investigating officer that miscreants, at the time of alleged occurrence, were taking names of the petitioner and some others and after that one co-accused Pankaj Singh was caught who disclosed the name of the petitioner. The aforesaid Pankaj Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Majorganj P.S. Case no. 95/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
