The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have demanded extortion from the informant on mobile.

It is submitted that the mobile number does not belongs to the petitioner. One Kumti Devi is the owner of the SIM. Except the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, there is absolutely no material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner was in jail at the time of occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 19.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

No.33322 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Maranchi P.S.
