2. A supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, which is taken on record.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. During investigation, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is accused in eight more cases of similar and serious nature. The petitioner is in jail since 31.08.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has not identified the petitioner during trial. Since the trial has begun and the petitioner is accused in eight more serious cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
