On account of recovery of firearm prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected on 22.5.2015 under Cr. Misc. No.18213 of 2015. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 09.12.2014 and on account thereof, petitioner Amit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Indrani Kishku, Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.212 of 2014.
