One country-made Katta and one empty magazine are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is in jail custody since 08-03-2015. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
