JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The allegation is that the petitioners killed the daughter of informant for non fulfillment of dowry and horridly disposed of the dead body.
The petitioners, who happen to be sister-in-law and mother-in-law of deceased, submit that the allegations are general in nature.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner no1 (Babita Kumari D/o Gauri Shankar Giri), be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in PS.Case No. -251 Year- 2015 Thana -TARAIYA DistrictSARAN.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25051 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 Prayer for bail of petitioner no.2 (Sushila Devi @ Soshila Devi W/o Gauri Shankar Giri) is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
