2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have committed dacoity.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2024 and his name has come in the self inculpatory statement of the coaccused Krishna Sahani, who was caught on the spot. The charges have been framed and the trial has started.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial of the petitioner is directed to be expedited.
