1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities for removing Signboard on the road which was installed by anti-social elements in the name of Paswan Nagar Mehiya which is situated under Police Station of Chapra Muffasil, western side of Basadhi Road Mohalla Naya Nagari Mehiya in the District of Saran at Chapra.
(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities not to change name of
Patna High Court CWJC No.8688 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/3 Mohalla Naya Nagari Mehiya which is situated under Police Station of Chapra Muffasil, western side of Basadhi Road in the District of Saran at Chapra.
(iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the State Government to fix the responsibility over the responsible Officer of the District such as District Magistrate and other Officials of the District to ensure the proper protection so that should not be changed name of Mohalla Naya Nagari Mehiya."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation, before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the
