The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323 / 307/326/379/386/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is history of litigation between the parties with case and counter case on both the sides. The petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.
