2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 241 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, is accused of demanding dowry, torturing the deceased and killing her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the materials available on record, it appears

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33669 of 2025(4) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 that the victim had committed suicide.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Hussainganj P.S.
