Learned counsel for the Bihar State Hydra Electric Power Corporation Ltd. has submitted that petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition in this Court bearing C.W.J.C No. 13581 of 2022 which was withdrawn by the petitioner to pursue appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum and to take recourse to alternate remedy which were efficacious in law and again petitioner has chosen to file a writ application in this Court for the same relief.

3. This kind of litigation should be scuttled at the very

Patna High Court CWJC No.9084 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 beginning. Hence, this application is dismissed with cost of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only). The petitioner will deposit the same in Patna High Court Legal Services within a month.

4. If the petitioner does not deposit the said amount in Patna High Court Legal Services within a month from today, the District Magistrate will recover the same from the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U
