Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 109/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the same occurrence, one U.D. Case was registered on 13.10.2020 before Lalganj police station. After four months, the present complaint case has been filed making

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44923 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 out a new case. In the U.D. case, mother of the deceased has stated that the deceased died due to drowning. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 109/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
