The petitioner seeks bail in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 15/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 400, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 28.01.2015. He has already remained in jail for about seven months. Other co-accused Mantoo Mahto, Nagina Sahni and Mohan Mahto have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 15/2015.
