1. On 25.07.2025, at the request of the Learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for 01.08.2025, as a last indulgence. On 01.08.2025, this Court passed a detailed oral order which reads as follows:-

1. In spite of posting the matter as a last indulgence for today, the Learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks time.

2. Therefore, the matter is adjourned on payment of cost of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority with rider that no further adjournment shall be granted. List on 08.08.2025.

2. However, the matter was taken up today i.e. 13.08.2025. In compliance of the order dated 01.08.2025, cost has been paid. However, in spite of the rider in the order dated 01.08.2025, that no further adjournment shall be granted, the Learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for an adjournment. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss the matter for default and for nonprosecution in absence of any submissions made by the Learned counsel for the petitioner.
