JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State. The petitioner has objection to the manner of calculation and the decision dated 18.10.2016 based on which the liability of the erstwhile employee, namely, late Badri Das has been worked out for payment to the present petitioner, the son. Stand of the State is that the calculation and payment has been based on what the Division Bench has had to say in two of the cases and with a direction that the liability will be worked

Patna High Court CWJC No.11640 of 2016(4) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 out in terms of the concluding portion of the two decisions, which are orders annexed with the writ application by the petitioner himself as Annexure 9 series.
