The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with spade on his forehead. All the three injuries are simple in nature, as stated in para-10 of the bail petition. There is a counter version. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Manjhi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2013.
