Petitioner being mother-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 29.05.2015 in a case registered under section 304(B) and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. It would appears from the perusal of the first information report itself that the marriage of the deceased has taken place seven years ago and after marriage she has remained in her matrimonial house for near about seven years and gave birth to two children. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Katihar in Azamnagar P.S.
