Petitioners along with others are named in the first information report on the ground that after recovery of dead body of the deceased, police went there and sniffer dog entered into the house of petitioners and several others.
In course of investigation, it came to light that one Savitri Devi w/o Dallu Paswan lodged a case under the provisions of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the deceased of the present case and there was enmity between the aforesaid Savitri Devi and deceased and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33369 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 nothing against these petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul.
