1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the result of the Tutor (Nursing) published by the Bihar Technical Service Commission contained in Letter No. 921 dated 10.04.2023 by discriminating the petitioner.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent Bihar Technical Service Commission to conduct the petitioner's counselling for appointment on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9295 of 2023(2) dt.05-02-2024 2/2 post of Tutor (Nursing) whose application for appointment was most arbitrarily and quite malafidely been discarded without assigning any just cause/reason.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for grant of ad-interim stay of the appointment on the post of Tutor (Nursing) in the State of Bihar on the basis of quite erroneous and arbitrary result published by the Bihar Technical Service Commission during pendency of this writ application."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
