Petitioner was not caught at spot by the police and name of petitioner was disclosed by villagers. Moreover, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 27-04-2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2011 to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Verma, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Barh, Patna.
