2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 633(C) of 2013 for the offence under section 498A of the IPC lodged on 26.04.2013 by the complainant, Sunita Devi.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be seeking bail after surrendering with eight weeks, for the present, he wants to withdraw the petition.

4. Granting liberty to withdraw the petition, the same is rejected with the observation that if the petitioner surrenders
