The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the petitioner had attacked the informant with iron rod but the hospital entry does not record any such injury. It is further submitted that there is no repetition of blow and the provision of Section 307 also would not be attracted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
