The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018, registered under Sections 144, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Sesam trees of informant, Manoj Shashi, were being cut by six persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners, who are co-villagers of the informant with intention to commit theft and thereafter, logs of wood of Sesam trees were loaded on the tractor.

No.33601 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after six days of the occurrence, logs of dry wood of Sesame trees were recovered in front of the house of petitioner no.1, which clearly indicates about the false implication about cutting of Sesame trees and petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-IX, Siwan, in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
