JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2024 In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 02.07.2024, the District Magistrate, Madhubani has filed a supplementary counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the District Magistrate, Madhubani has issued an order dated 03.07.2024, whereby and whereunder the water tower situated at Ward No. 07, near Ambe Hotel i.e. at the place in question, is being shifted to an alternative place i.e. vacant land situated towards north of the Kali Temple, under Ward No. 06/07 and for that purpose permission is

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date the shifting of the water tower has not taken place, to which the learned counsel for the State submits that the same shall be done within a period of 48 hours from today. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that in case water tower is not shifted, as aforesaid, within a period of 48 hours from today, the District Magistrate, Madhubani shall not draw his salary.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
