2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366, 498, 494, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 5 of 2012.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the accusations on the face of it are highly improbable as the petitioner nos. 1 to 4 are close relatives of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13769 of 2014 (6) dt.07-01-2015 petitioner no. 5.
4. Despite issuance of notice to the opposite party no. 2, none is present on his behalf.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 31.07.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S.
