According to the prosecution case itself, informant was taken away by the petitioner on 15.3.2014 and she was released by the petitioner from his custody on 18.3.2014 and thereafter, report was lodged on 19.3.2014.
No doubt, informant claims herself to be minor but Medical board has found her aged about 17 to 18 years. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sharad Chandra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada/concerned court in Kashichak P.S. Case no. 16/2014.
