The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 117/2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent. It is only on account of the local village politics that the aforesaid case has been lodged and the allegation on the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 of taking wine is

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 117/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
