The petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of opposite party no. 2, seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1590/2018 (C.J.S.) in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 498(A), 323, 379, 406, 313, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accusation in the complaint petition is absolutely vague and general. The petitioner is separate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32541 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2021 2/2 in mess and business from her son who does not even take care of her. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner is also not specific.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1590/2018 (C.J.S.), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
