The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is, of course, named in the FIR, but the informant made very specific allegation against Pancham Yadav and Shiv Nandan Yadav that they assaulted his father with spade and Lathi all over his body and his father succumbed to the injuries after two days of the occurrence. No overt act is alleged against the petitioner Sachin Yadav who is in custody since 14.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32695 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015.
