Petitioner is said to have caused injury to five persons but the submission is that all the injuries sustained are simple in nature and the case has already been compromised between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the petitioner is in jail custody since 30.04.2015, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R.K. Rajak, J.M. Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Dist. Madhubani in Rudrapur P.S. Case no. 40 of 2015.
