ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 The petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 30.04.2015 passed by the 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in Cr. Appeal No. 65 of 2012.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is disposed off.
