The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.78 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36862 of 2022(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
