2. Today, learned counsel for the respondents furnished Office Memorandum dated 13/15.02.2024. In the Office Memorandum date of promotion of one Shri Tilak Raj was with effect from 06.09.2018 and not with effect from 10.04.2018 to that extent statement has been made in the Office Memorandum.

3. In view of these facts and circumstances, the present M.J.C. stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to file Interlocutory Application for revival of this order in the event of non-disbursement of monetary benefits to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present M.J.C-Contempt petition stands disposed of.
