JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in first paragraph of the bail petition with regard to the Sections of the Indian Penal Code under which the F.I.R. is registered.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks bail in Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.62 of 2020 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and two others were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol with two live cartridges, mobiles and a bike were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 06.03.2020. Petitioner has already

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail for about 11 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.62 of 2020.
