The trial court has reported that the trial of the petitioner has already commenced and process has already been issued to prosecution witnesses.
Considering the aforesaid report as well as allegation leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, her prayer for bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No. 567 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna is again rejected.
However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within three months from the date of receipt/ production of copy
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33734 of 2015 (3) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 of this order, the petitioner may renew her prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
