1. Heard the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that L.P.A. is pending with regard to the issue which is required to be examined namely the arrears to be paid for the period from 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2010.
3. Considering above, this writ petition is disposed of
Patna High Court CWJC No.3405 of 2018(4) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 with observations that the petitioner's case shall be governed by the decision taken by the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 667 of 2021 and whatever directions are issued therein will apply mutatis mutandis on the petitioner.
