Petitioner has been made accused in this case registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that two days prior, a quarrel had taken place between the petitioner and the deceased and except the aforesaid fact, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who does not have criminal antecedent Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Rasulpur P.S. Case no. 21/2015.
